Pangasius is a type of Catfish and is native to Asia. It is farmed in fresh water ponds along the Mekong River Delta. Pangasius is a mild flavoured fish with pinkish-white flesh. The protein from Pangasius (and all other fish) is easily digested and absorbed into the body. It does not have any adverse side effects or contain carcinogenic compounds like other meats do.
