Audit Factory

  • Checking factory facilities (production/freezing machines, processing area, warehouse area, compliance with food quality/safety…)
  • Checking material quality, product quality, flowcharts of processing, worker’s skills….
  • Preferring working with reliable certified factories in Vietnam (HACCP, ISO, BRC, ASC, MSC, BAP, BSCI, HALAL…)
  • Providing our customers with insightful consulting services to choose the right products from the right factories.

In-line Inspection

  • Checking product quality from raw material till the final finished product.
  • Supervising all production/packaging to make sure everything is under control.
  • Keeping our customers updated regularly about the progress on production/packaging/QC date/Delivery date. If there are any changes/issues, we will inform you immediately.
  • Making sure the right product at the beginning to save time and cost for all parties.

Preshipment Inspection

  • Contacting closely with our customers to get all correct product specifications/requirements.
  • Preparing detailed QC report, then asking factories for a firmed date of pre-shipment inspection according to customer’s schedule.
  • Choosing random products at the required quantity at the cold-storage to ensure that: we check exactly what factories are producing for our customers. After inspection, we will send you the full QC report with attached photos ASAP.

Loading Supervision

  • Checking container condition before loading (Correct container No, cleanness…)
  • Checking product condition before loading (packaging, temperature….)
  • Taking photos of each specific product line, loading style, NO-over red line…
  • Taking photos of final lines, Seal No/Container No, temperature device/machine.
  • Sending full loading report with attached photos ASAP.

Quality

Quality Policy

Aware of the importance of food safety to consumers, product quality control and assurance are at the top of our care in every production and strictly complied with all our factories. Customer satisfaction brings happiness to us is the goal of our business.


Laboratory

Our QC experts could test and analyze criteria in quality management in the factory from daily production to final product before shipment. We test samples at Intertek (Vietnam) and some other parties having an international standard.


Criteria capably we usually do:

  • - Microbiology
  • - Anti-biotics
  • - Histamin in deep sea fish
  • - Salt content/mositure content in seafood product

Quality Certificate

All processing plants are strictly controlled sanitary conditions and quality management under the regulation of the National Agro-Forestry – Fisheries – Quality Assurance Department (NAFIQAD) in compliance with EU’s to be approved for export to Europe. Each product is processed under the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Point program.


Our outsourcing factories are also accredited by TUV for ISO 9001: 2008 and BRC.
